Features of Flexcarbon: <Surface Smoothness>

The adhesion with the coating is good, and polishing after processing is unnecessary! There is little mechanical variation (C.V), and isotropy is high.

We would like to introduce the surface smoothness feature of "Flexcarbon." Thanks to the open-pore thin-layer tape and thermoplastic epoxy, it is possible to manufacture molded products with excellent mold conformity and high surface smoothness. The adhesion to coatings is also good, eliminating the need for polishing during post-processing. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. [Overview] - Composed of thin-layer carbon fiber tape with a high number of layers - More than 20 layers at 2mm - Low mechanical variation (C.V) and high isotropy *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
